As our relationships with homeowners grew, so did our responsibility — leading to the development of our Estate Management division, dedicated to the ongoing stewardship of private residences and multi-property portfolios. With a background in commercial real estate asset management at J.P. Morgan and a lifelong passion for building, John founded Falls Bridge to deliver thoughtful construction and long-term stewardship. He leads the firm with a builder's precision, an owner's mindset, and a commitment to lasting quality.
